Job Opportunity: Lateral Partners for Growing Financial Services and Corporate Law Firm

About Us:

We are a premier executive search firm collaborating with a dynamic consumer financial services and corporate law firm that is actively expanding. Were seeking Lateral Partners with substantial transferable books of business to join this forward-thinking, remotely-based firm.

The Opportunity:

This is a unique chance for Partner-level attorneys to manage their book of business with full autonomy while benefiting from a profitable revenue-sharing model. If you are currently at a firm, you will retain a higher percentage of your revenue. For sole practitioners, this role offers the advantage of being relieved from the operational and administrative burdens of running a practice allowing you the opportunity to solely focus on your clients.
