Position Summary:

The Administrative Support Supervisor at Pinnacle Recovery, Inc. will oversee the correspondence team and administrative support functions, ensuring effective management and operational excellence. This role involves supervising a diverse team of approximately 5-10 staff members, managing both inbound and outbound communications, enhancing administrative procedures, and performing client support. Reporting directly to the Assistant Vice President, the supervisor will play a crucial role in aligning administrative operations with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the correspondence team, including front desk and administrative associates, as well as manage inbound and outbound calls.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of dispute correspondences in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Client Support Department in promptly and effectively resolving dispute demands. Additionally, perform a range of client support functions as needed. Responsibilities include participating actively as a member of the client support team, proficiently utilizing the ticketing system to process client support tickets, and ensuring all client interactions are conducted with utmost professionalism and the highest standard of quality.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve team productivity.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices and company procedures.
  • Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within an administrative or customer service setting.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and other business management software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Knowledge of loan servicing and collections practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, both verbal and written.
