THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A PRODUCTION SUPPORT SPECIALIST

This position will typically work 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week.

As a Production Support Specialist, you will be the go-to person for all the daily tasks required to keep our precision manufacturing company running smoothly. From saw cutting to running machines and assembly, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Production Team has everything they need to excel. Talk about being the superhero behind the scenes But it doesn't stop there, my friend. We believe in your potential and want to see you grow within our organization. We envision you mastering your role within 6 months to a year and moving up the ladder. So, if you're looking for a company that values your ambitions and supports your career aspirations, you've come to the right place In addition to being the MVP of our Production Support operations, you will also be responsible for moving raw materials between work centers, maintaining a clean shop, supporting 6S activities, managing chip bins, and providing support in our shipping & receiving operations.


OUR IDEAL PRODUCTION SUPPORT SPECIALIST

We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Capable of driving a forklift safely
  • Valid UT driver's license
  • Ability to stoop, bend, and crawl as well as maneuver in tight spaces
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
  • Ability to stand for extended periods - 8 hours minimum
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
