ABOUT THIS PRODUCT AND SERVICE COORDINATOR JOB

This entry-level customer service position is a full-time role with regular hours, providing stability and consistency in scheduling.

Your day will typically begin by answering incoming service calls related to hearth products. You'll log these calls and determine whether they fall under warranty or require standard rates. Once logged, you'll liaise with our Hearth Supervisor to schedule service appointments accordingly. Additionally, you'll be tasked with making reminder calls to confirm appointments and coordinating with the warehouse to pull necessary products for upcoming service calls. Throughout the day, you'll focus on administrative tasks such as closing out completed service tickets, filing claims, and updating internal records. You'll also be responsible for processing incomplete tickets, adding required parts, and maintaining clear communication with the team regarding any outstanding issues.

Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
