Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain multiple company websites including regular content updates, feature enhancements, and bug fixes;
  • Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance the user experience and drive conversion;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute website content strategies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and brand objectives;
  • Conduct regular website audits to ensure compliance with best practices, accessibility standards, and SEO guidelines;
  • Coordinate website projects and initiatives, including new feature development, redesigns, and integrations with third-party tools and platforms;
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development and digital marketing, and apply insights to drive continuous improvement;
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on website tools and processes, ensuring effective utilization and adoption across the organization;
  • Monitor and manage website security, performance, and uptime, including implementing necessary measures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities;
  • Analyze website analytics data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization, and prepare detailed reports for senior management;
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring timely delivery of projects, adherence to budgets, and alignment with the organization's goals;
  • Develop and maintain documentation for website processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in website management and updates; and
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in Web Development, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience in related field;
  • Minimum of three years managing websites, preferably in a corporate or e-commerce environment;
  • Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Magento).

Required Qualifications/ Skills

  • Strong understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO principles;
  • Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js);
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal, and the ability to customize themes and plugins;
  • Strong understanding of web security best practices and experience implementing measures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities;
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and optimize website performance;
  • Experience managing relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring alignment with project goals and budgets;
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues;
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices is a plus; and
  • Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite).
