We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm for finding top talent and representing Western Building Products as a top employer.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent

- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals

- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions

- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring

Requirements:
