The Role:

As a Construction Field Crew Member at Pinnacle Mountain Homes, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to building luxury homes. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to projects from the ground up, learn from experienced professionals, and grow within the construction industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Engage in a variety of construction tasks, including site preparation, digging, lifting, and general labor, to contribute to the successful completion of projects.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure and healthy work environment for all crew members.
  • Skill Development: Actively learn and apply new construction techniques, tools, and machinery operation, guided by experienced professionals.
  • Site Maintenance: Assist in keeping construction sites clean and organized, promoting efficiency and professionalism.


Qualifications:

  • No prior construction experience required except a strong interest in building and construction, with a keenness to learn and contribute to the team.
  • Physical fitness and stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks in different weather conditions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow instructions effectively.
  • Willingness to work at various construction sites within the specified region.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
