Womens Health Services is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a team member, you will be an important part of a well-established and growing independent abortion clinic. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

greeting patients and promoting comfort for them and their support people,
completing clerical intake procedures and initiate patient's visit in our electronic health record,
managing payment systems, including handling cash and cards,
navigating insurance systems and pledges as needed
helping clinic flow

Skills/Qualifications
Must be committed to reproductive justice and enthusiastic about accessible abortion care
Clear, effective communicator
Able to prioritize various administrative tasks and delegate as appropriate
Detail-oriented
Strong organizational skills and time management
Approachable and non-judgmental
Able to collaborate well and motivate team members
Desired qualifications/skills: Spanish speaking, previous experience with the above-listed responsibilities
