The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and proven experience in managing high-volume establishments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide friendly, responsive, and professional service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Oversee food and beverage preparation, maintaining consistent quality and adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Manage and train both kitchen and front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assist in achieving sales, service, quality, and cleanliness goals, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.
  • Handle cash management, including cash handling, reconciliation, and following company procedures.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and professional development initiatives for new and existing staff.
  • Oversee inventory management for food, beverage, and supplies, ensuring accurate ordering and cost control.
  • Assist with scheduling to meet business demands while maintaining labor cost objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local labor laws.


Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of front-of-house operations or assistant management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop a team.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills for cash management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
