Labor & Employment Attorney

We are searching for an associate attorney with 2 - 3 years of California employment litigation. This position will be out of the Irvine, California office.

 

Ideal Candidate
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with trials, summary judgment, arguing motions, depositions, and mediation. 
  • Transactional and advisory work in the labor and employment context
  • Familiarity with public agency employers is a plus. 

Requirements:
  • Candidate must be licensed to practice in CA and good standing
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • 2 - 3 years of California employment litigation

Salary/Compensation:
  • The salary range for this position is $200,000 to $230,000
  • The salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.
