We are seeking a Clinic Director to join our team at our Outpatient Clinic in Rochester, NY. The Director of Services will be responsible for directly supervising the staff in the Outpatient Services Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complains and resolving problems.
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree with CASAC Certification or QHP/Post Graduate Degree (preferred). A minimum of 1-3 years' supervisory experience combined with a minimum of 3-5 years' clinical experience and CPR certification within six months of hire.
