Position Summary:

We're looking for an Associate Brand Manager to join our brand management team on the Refrigerated Juice Platform As one of our priority growth platforms, you will support the development and execution of annual business plans & innovation and will play a key role in leading critical strategic and executional projects.

Where You'll Work

This role will be based out of our Concord, MA headquarters where you will be immersed in a dynamic workplace where innovation thrives and collaboration is key.

Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship building balanced with flexibility and well-being with 3 days in office and Thursdays/Friday being remote, flex days.

***Welch's is moving to a brand new, state of the art space in Waltham, MA June 2025***

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager in the development and execution of annual brand plans, including management of plan, communication and key updates.
  • Leverage data tools and consumer insights to become an expert of your consumer, category and customers leading to insights, strategies, and data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct analysis of competition, category, and track business results monthly to provide summary on business performance, while identifying meaningful risk, contingencies, and recommendations across the 4 Ps
  • Lead the cross-functional team in the development and implementation of product line extensions and renovations.
  • Collaborate with Sales in development of sales materials, consumer promotions, plan initiatives, and new products sell-in; attend Customer sales calls when needed.
  • Identify and execute cost-savings initiatives, aimed at improving profitability of the platform.
  • Support agency briefing process across all creative, packaging, and campaign needs.
  • Establish and foster productive working relationships with agency partners, brand counterparts and cross-functional partners to execute winning marketing plans and creative executions.

  • Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical skills, presentation skills, and creativity
  • Have the ability to think strategically, plan and execute promotions, marketing plans and product launches
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and influence effectively
  • Goal-oriented and focused on delivering results
  • Ability to take initiative, apply an appropriate sense of urgency
  • Accountable and take ownership of marketing projects using strong project management skills
  • Leads through influence with experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with consumer research, P&L management, and volume forecasting

What You'll Need:

  • BA/BS required, marketing focus is preferred.
  • 2+ years minimum of relevant experience required. CPG industry experience is preferred.
