Position Overview

As a dedicated Brand Ambassador, you will be in charge of showcasing our client, TCL, and their globally ranked line of Smart TVs and Sound Bars. This individual serves as a sales and training expert, conducting visits at assigned retailers throughout the local metro region to establish and maintain productive retail relationships and grow TCL brand awareness. You will drive TCL product sales by effectively interacting with customers, highlighting unique product line features, handling training sessions with retail store personnel, and supporting all visual merchandising display standards. 

Our TCL Representatives are strategic brand influencers that provide a captivating in-store presence to create memorable, high-quality service interactions and generate a differentiating experience for our client and customers. The ideal candidate is well-versed in consumer electronics technology, skilled at presenting product knowledge, and has an energizing drive towards motivating others and achieving sales goals.

What We Offer

  • $18.00 to $20.00 hourly based on experience
  • We are excited to include a sign-on bonus up to $1000.00 (qualifying terms and conditions apply)
  • Bonus Plan: Potential to earn up to an additional $19,760 dollars per year, paid out in Quarterly payments of $4,940 each

  • Paid training to certify you on TCL product knowledge, hone your sales skills, and prepare you for program success
  • Full-time - Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, & Monday

Duties

  • Execute dedicated sales strategies during in-store market visits to engage customers and increase product sales in the designated territory
  • Territory will consist of 17 stores:  8 Best Buy, 10 BJ's Wholesale Clubs
  • Provide exciting customer interactions and engaging product demonstrations to identify home theater products that fit customers' unique needs
  • Conduct energizing and informative training sessions for all retail associates to spread product knowledge and further grow sales
  • Down stock products, build bulk stack displays, and maintain pricing and promotional signage
  • Communicate feedback about merchandising support needs and potential areas for improvement
  • Participate in weekly team conference calls
  • Complete daily required data reporting

Qualifications

  • Previous work experience in sales consulting, brand advocacy, and/or retail training
  • Enthusiastic attitude with exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Excited and knowledgeable about consumer electronics or home theater systems is a plus
  • Proven ability to present training materials and product information to individuals and groups
  • Must have access to a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance
  • Must have the ability to drive to locations throughout your territory region
  • Access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs. without assistance
  • Must be available to work Thursdays through Mondays
