Job Description

Responsibilities/Duties

Accounts Payable:

  • AP email box maintenance and distribution for operating company (OPCO) and real estate entities (RE)
  • Manage Yardi Full Service
  • Vendor Maintenance (enter all new vendors, upload new COIs to current vendors, etc.).
  • Responsible for ensuring all AP for OPCO/RE has been processed.

 

Accounts Receivable:

  • Manage rent email inbox for payment remittance
  • Enter all receipts (OPCO and RE), maintain A/R (apply prepaids, etc.) and follow-up on outstanding AR (OPCO)
  • Responsible for all communication with tenants relating to outstanding AR
  • Regular AR review with accounting and asset management teams

Other:

  • Maintain Catalyst monthly cash dashboard
  • Pull monthly bank statements and save them in appropriate folders
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

  • Preferred Bachelors or Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • Proficient with MS Office, QuickBooks, and Computer Operation
  • Knowledge of Accounting Principles and General Office Practices
