Human Supports of Idaho, a partner practice of Behavioral Health Solutions, is seeking energetic, self-driven individuals that are passionate about assisting individuals living with mental health and/or substance use issues from our Boise office. The objective for this position is to connect participants to community resources and assist in skill building within the participants environment of choice, while preventing transition to a higher level of care. Case Management and Community Based Rehabilitation (CBRS) are recovery based services intended to help participants gain access to greater behavioral, medical and/or social services when unable to do so independently.

Job Duties

  • Create a safe and trusting space in order to build rapport with participants and their designated supports.
  • Complete various assessments, treatment plans, reviews, and progress notes in a timely manner.
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate with treatment providers and staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality of verbal and written communication.
  • Adhere to HSI policies and procedures as well as the NASW Code of Ethics.
  • Effectively navigate Electronic Medical Record systems (Athena. Training will be provided in house)
  • Complete 10 CEUs annually.

Pay

  • $20.00 to $24.50 per Billable Hour.
  • Compensation is determined based on licensure, and experience.
