The Procurement Assistant will support the procurement team in all sourcing, purchasing, and logistics activities.
This is a full-time job located in Mexico City, Mexico.
Major Job Duties
Responsible for submitting and processing contracts.
Submit and process invoices to the internal system.
Prepare procurement and expense reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in administration, international relations, marketing, or business-related.
Self-starter and motivated to seek solutions.
Organization and management skills.
Practical time-management skills, Target orientated.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Advanced English and intermediate Chinese (HSK 2-3).
