Job Title: HVAC Installer - Experienced
Work start and end time: 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday (Overtime and Evenings on occasion - Rotational)
Pay Scale: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Position Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers, maintaining high quality and timely job performance.
Benefits: Health & Dental benefits (50% paid for employee - family plans available), Vision option, Holiday and Vacation pay, Tool Account, Tuition Reimbursement for HVAC courses, Company Uniform, and Company Vehicle.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- 3 + years experience
- Valid driver's license with no DUI or reckless driving in past 5 years.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
- Ability to acquire low voltage license within 2 years of employment.
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Acquire NATE certifications within one year of employment.
- Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
- Universal EPA Certification
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
Qualifications desired:
- Positive and a Can-do attitude
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
- Ability to be at work each day
- 3 + years experience in residential installs
- Insurable driving record
- Possess tools needed
