Position: Technical Writer

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Good Knowledge of English grammar. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Skills - good communication, verbal and technical writing
• Detail oriented – pays close attention to typography, image quality and content accuracy.

• Able to understand and comply with RFP/RLI requirements.
• Able to work effectively in an environment with multiple deadlines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Coordinates and prepares letters of response, technical proposals and presentations.
• Maintains marketing materials including resumes, project descriptions, photographs, etc.
• Works closely with other marketing and technical/engineering staff.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in technical writing.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing or related field.
