About Hollywood Park

Hollywood Park, a near 300-acre sports and entertainment destination, is being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke with the 70,000-seat SoFi Stadium as its centerpiece. Hollywood Park is the largest urban mixed-use mega development under construction in the Western United States. When complete, Hollywood Park will have up to 2,500 residences, a hotel, a retail district reaching up to 890,000 square feet, up to 5 million square feet of office space, and more than 25-acres of public parks and open space.

Home to the Los Angeles Chargers and Super Bowl LVI Champion Los Angeles Rams, SoFi Stadium is the host of world-renowned sporting events, including Super Bowl LVI in 2022, College Football Playoff National Championship game 2023, WrestleMania 2023, World Cup 2026, and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Olympics in 2028. Adjacent to the stadium and under the same roof canopy is a 2.5-acre open-air plaza, American Airlines Plaza, and the 6,000-seat YouTube Theater. YouTube Theater is an intimate venue, making it the perfect place for concerts, comedy, awards shows, esports competitions, community gatherings, conferences and more.

As the Director Partnership Management, You Will..

Hollywood Park is looking to bring on a Director, Partnership Management who will be responsible for the management and implementation of contractual assets for the entire 298 acre campus which includes SoFi Stadium, YouTube Theater and our soon to come online Retail District.

The chosen individual will be an out-of-the-box thinker who is humble, creative, adaptable and analytical. Ideally, the chosen candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced start-up culture as well as a large organization, and deeply understands the requirements to effectively scale and build a mission-driven company. A passion, knowledge and understanding of industry trends, best practices and innovative thinking is strongly preferred.

More Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To…

• Lead the fulfillment and execution of multiple Founding Partners
• Build effective working relationships and strong consensus with key SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park stakeholder constituencies including: facility operations, sales, hospitality, legal, marketing, and communications among others
• Manage day-to-day partner processes, including activation planning and approvals, promotional development, media planning, financials, advertising creation and approval, event coordination and results tracking which will require collaboration across multiple departments
• Manage the delivery and implementation for SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park partnership assets spanning all mediums – venue, experiential, social media, hospitality, digital, community, PR, etc.
• Cultivate partner relationships at all levels from day-to-day contacts to executive decision makers through regular touchpoints, including but not limited to, email communication, weekly status calls; hospitality and special events; year-round during the NFL season and the non-NFL season
• Develop and leverage strong relationships and build credibility with external partners and their lead agencies. Serve as the senior contact on partnership matters ranging from contractual deliverables to activation strategy
• Serve as Activation subject matter expert, acting as consultant to Partnerships team and sponsors, offering creative ideas, approaches, and production feasibility
• Partners with sales teams to ensure legal and financial fulfillment of client agreements, delivering accurate execution, superior client experience, and monitoring timely receivable
• Communicate with corporate partners to create and maintain relationships through excellent customer service
• Develop process of measuring the effectiveness of assigned partnership platforms to demonstrate ROI and ROO
• Lead renewal proposals, mid-year and end-of-year recap presentations, etc.
• Other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.

We'd Love to Hear From People With…

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited College or University required
• 10+ years of corporate sponsorship and/or account management experience, preferable within the sports and entertainment industry
• 4+ years of people management experience as this role will have 3+ direct reports
• Analytical driven mindset that can strategize with some of the biggest Tech brands in the industry
• Strategic vision, and the ability to clearly articulate and successfully translate strategy into results
• Strong attention to detail
• An intentional thinker who can make connections across all stakeholders and apply them to initiatives; anticipates issues and proactively works to resolve them
• Excellent organizational skills, and an ability to manage a broad portfolio of projects simultaneously
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic are a must
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple clients and projects
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
• Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
• Able to balance internal priorities with client expectations
• Able to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Some travel may be required

Salary Rate:

In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Hollywood Park considers a candidate's education, certification, prior experience, as well as internal and external data when determining the salary level for potential new employees. Only in exceptional circumstances, if an external candidate has the experience, credentials, or expertise far exceeding what is expected for the position, would Hollywood Park consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
