Job Description:


  • Interview patients to obtain medical history and other vital information
  • Relay pertinent medical information to the medical providers
  • Ensure the completion of patient related forms
  • Assist in implementing the medical treatment plan for patients
  • Prepare rooms for patient examinations
  • Ensure the clinic maintains appropriate sanitary standards 
  • Prepare patient charts prior to the appointments
  • Enter patient data in electronic medical record
  • Inventory and maintain medical supplies and equipment
  • Travel to as needed to the directed office locations to assist in patient care
  • Perform delegated medical scribing duties
  • Assist during pre-operative, procedure and post operative care
  • Assist with patient transfer
  • Handle incoming calls regarding patient care and medications
  • Perform general office duties
  • Attend staff meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Pain Management experience preferred but not required

We provide the full spectrum of pain management care and specialize in minimally invasive, interventional spine care.
