Job duties include but aren't limited to:


Accounts Payable Management

  • Accounts Payable Management (dispute resolution, statement reconciliation, purchase order matching, distribution, approval, entry, and payment of vendor invoices).

Accounts Receivable Management

  • Daily sales invoicing, including sending invoices to customers and resolving disputes.
  • Prepare credits, debits, and returns.

Accounting Support

  • Post daily cash deposits and apply to customer account.
  • Daily filing requirements.
  • Prepare daily Shipping Logs.
  • Daily inventory.

Administrative Support

  • Caller Assistance.
  • Excellent Internal/External Customer Service.
  • Perform executive and administrative support tasks.
  • Back-up phone operator.

Education Level:

  • High school degree/GED


Related Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in an Accounting role in a high-volume environment


The starting pay range is $20.00 - $21.25/hour, dependent upon experience.


The work schedule will be Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM.
