A new location of Floor Coverings International is currently being established and we are looking for key team members to help grow the business from the ground up. This location will be based in Leesburg, Virginia.
As a member of the office staff at Floor Coverings International, you are key to the growth and expansion of the local franchise. Your success will allow for more proposals to be written, lead the scheduling and installation of projects, assist with marketing efforts, and help maintain clean financials.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service (Prospects and Existing Customers)
- Create raving fans by providing extra mile service.
- Answer incoming phone calls from prospects and current customers.
- Contact all leads via phone and text to book appointments for the sales team.
- Accurately order all products needed for jobs and follow up on delivery.
- Schedule the job to meet the schedule of customer and installers.
- Communicate with installers and customers on start dates and times.
- Confirm scope of work and compensation with installers prior to start of job.
- Update Salesforce daily with status of job and upcoming schedule.
- As a job is landed and produced, complete job costing forms.
- Accurately update QuickBooks for all income and expenses.
- Track, prepare and manage timely payment of business-related expenses.
- Execution/assistance with local marketing tactics and social media.
- Support and participation in home shows and events (a few times a year on weekends - shifts will be given to all team members)
- Customer service, hospitality, or construction office background.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to pick up new technology. The franchise uses multiple, sophisticated programs including Salesforce and proprietary software.
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
- Experienced in bookkeeping using QuickBooks is a plus.
- Able to work independently and problem solve as needed.
