This role involves a significant amount of repetitive tasks, which are crucial for maintaining consistency and precision. You will be responsible for tasks associated with order picking, shipping and receiving products, packaging, labeling, inventory tracking, and audits. Despite the repetitive nature of some tasks, the role offers the opportunity to support the manufacturing of advanced technology, including state-of-the-art robotics, making it a unique and engaging position.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a routine-driven environment. If you are self-driven, energetic, and a committed team player, you will excel in this role.

This is a full-time, onsite position in a manufacturing environment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: 
  • Ensure accurate picking, shipping, and receiving of materials, facilitating efficient use of space and inventory tracking through advanced ERP systems. 
  • Operate equipment to safely move merchandise and prevent damage in a high-volume manufacturing setting. 
  • Conduct physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits while maintaining up-to-date records and documentation. 
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and participating in cross-departmental tasks. 
  • Stay certified on relevant equipment and systems, providing comprehensive support where needed. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience
  • 1+ years experience using an ERP system in a manufacturing environment
  • 1+ years experience with Oracle NetSuite preferred
  • Ability to drive a forklift preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to safely move up to 50 lbs or more with assistance
  • Standing/walking 75% of the day
  • Ability to bend to retrieve product
