Business Development Manager - Structural Engineering (Atlanta, Georgia Metro Area)

Position: Business Development Manager



Location: Atlanta, Georgia Metro Area (Remote/Field Work)



Type: Full-Time



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to grow Select Structurals presence in the Atlanta metro area.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and design industry, including architects, developers, and other engineering firms.
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Represent Select Structural at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings, effectively promoting our services and expertise.
  • Collaborate with our engineering and project management teams to ensure alignment of business development activities with company capabilities and goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, preferably within the structural engineering, MEP, or architectural industry.
  • Strong existing network within the Atlanta, Georgia metro area's architectural and construction community.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while being an effective team player.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be highly motivated, with a passion for excellence and a drive to achieve results.
