We are a dynamic and collaborative small office where teamwork and flexibility are key. We pride ourselves on maintaining a friendly and supportive work environment where everyone pitches in to ensure our operations run smoothly. We are looking for a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist and Office Coordinator.

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office files and records
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
- Perform data entry tasks and update spreadsheets
- Assist with organizing office events and meetings
- Help with ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Support other staff members as needed

**Additional Skills:**
- Previous experience in an office environment is a plus
- Knowledge of basic office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities - Multi location business experience is a plus - Experience with Publisher, Powerpoint, and Canva is a plus

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
