**Receptionist/Concierge**

Boston Plastic Surgery is growing. We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist/Concierge who will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with patients and providing a consistent exceptional customer service experience (on the phone and in-person). This important role will answer phones, check patients in/out, respond to inquiries about services and support efficient and smooth flow of practice operations.

**Objectives**:

- Greet patients and answer any questions
- Accurately check in/out patients (input demographic data accurately in EMR)
- Proactively engage patients in conversations about the Skin Wellness Center services
- Assist provider staff with product selection for patients
- Assist patients with financial information for payment of services
- Assist with additional projects as assigned
- Support front office inventory to ensure all materials are available/in stock

**Required Competencies**:

- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong computer skills and speed
- Accurately manage patient payment matters
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong time management skills
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
