Our expertise is within the heavy civil construction services which include: underground utilities, roadway, grading, excavation for various city and state funded projects throughout the Arizona area.

About the Role: As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing the details of one or more of our projects. You will act as the hub of information between the field and the office, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication. You will spend most days in the field, closely monitoring the work and ensuring that all aspects of the project are on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain project budgets.
  • Develop and manage project schedules.
  • Process change orders.
  • Manage subcontractors.
  • Write purchase agreements and purchase orders.
  • Track material quantities.
  • Source and order materials.
  • Communicate with owners and inspectors.
  • Support the field superintendent and relay crucial information back to the office.
