We are seeking an experienced and reliable Pool Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining swimming pools and ensuring they remain clean, safe, and well-functioning for our customers throughout the Sarasota/Bradenton area. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a professional appearance, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Water Cleaning: Regularly clean pools, including skimming, brushing, and vacuuming to maintain a pristine appearance and safe environment.
- Filter Maintenance: Clean and service pool filters to ensure optimal performance.
- Equipment Installation & Repair: Install, service, and repair swimming pool equipment, including water filters, pumps, and water systems.
- Chemical Management: Mix chemicals, test water, and maintain the appropriate balance of chlorine and pH to ensure water safety and compliance with health standards.
- Route Driving: Drive a designated route to customers' locations, ensuring timely and consistent service.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in pool cleaning and maintenance is required.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Licenses: Valid Florida driver’s license with 4 points or less.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of pool equipment and chemicals, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times while on the job.
