Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven work experience as an SAP Payroll or SAP HR consultant
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Payroll configuration and processes
  • Experience in SAP Payroll reporting and analytics
  • Proficiency in payroll integration with other SAP modules
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance and legal regulations
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll system issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Certification in SAP HCM or Payroll module is a plus
  • Experience in system testing and validation
  • Knowledge of SAP security and access controls
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptability to evolving technologies and business processes
