Our client, a world leader in life sciences and diagnostics, is looking for a "Quality Control Technician I" based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Duration: Long-Term Contract (High possibility of extension)

Pay Rate: $20/hr on W2

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct analyses of finished products to verify compliance with acceptance specifications.
  • Perform product verifications to ensure suitability for production use.
  • Maintain and perform preventive maintenance on test stands to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Conduct investigational testing on production and pilot materials as required.
  • Perform stability testing to monitor product shelf life and claims.

Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in technical or scientific field preferred.
  • Specialized or advanced training in science, electronics, or related disciplines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or scientific field or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years’ experience working in a laboratory environment.
  • 1+ years’ experience working in a regulatory environment.
  • 1+ years’ experience with process improvement.
  • 1+ years’ technical or scientific experience.
