The New Home Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in facilitating the sales process for newly constructed homes within designated communities. Acting as the primary point of contact for potential homebuyers, this role involves guiding clients through the entire sales journey, from initial contact to closing. The representative showcases available properties, conducts needs assessments, and assists clients in customizing their dream home. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to meeting client needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential homebuyers to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and budgetary requirements.
  • Present available floor plans, customization options, and pricing structures in a clear and engaging manner, emphasizing the unique features and benefits of each property.
  • Lead guided tours of model homes and available properties, showcasing key amenities and addressing client inquiries with professionalism and expertise.
  • Collaborate closely with builders, architects, and marketing teams to ensure properties are effectively showcased and marketed to the target audience.
  • Guide clients through the selection of finishes, upgrades, and personalization options to create their dream home.
  • Prepare and review purchase agreements and related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a comprehensive CRM database of leads, prospects, and client interactions, ensuring timely follow-up and effective pipeline management.
  • Actively participate in marketing initiatives, including hosting open houses, attending community events, and leveraging social media platforms to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Close deals.

SKILLS

  • Proven track record of success in sales. Required.
  • Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.Required.
  • Valid driver's license. Required.
  • Effective CRM management. Required.
