Tapestry is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join their amazing team in Asheville NC.

Salary 58k-68k annually

Summary: The Clinical Coordinator oversees all clinical services and is responsible for adherence to clinical standards and compliance expectations in collaboration with program and corporate leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provides clinical assessments of clients prior to or upon admission.

· Maintains a small caseload of individual clients.

· Facilitates group therapy sessions.

· Provides regular group and individual supervision to counselors, case manager, and administrative assistant.

· Develops plan and implements Evidence Based Programming in clinical schedule. Assists EBP implementation at facility (ACT, CBT, DBT, etc.) and assesses staff training needs.

· Facilitates treatment team meetings on a regular basis.

· Provides facility specific trainings.

· Oversees all clinical compliance related matters regarding program, including working with Chief Compliance Officer to prepare for routine and unexpected external audits.

· Oversees clinical staff documentation.

· Oversees auditing protocol to ensure compliance on all open and closed charts for program.

· Ensures all internal qualitative audits are completed timely, remediation occurs on deficit trends and documentation is on point with all policy, procedure and regulatory expectations facility.

· Works closely with Executive Director to extend the VP of Clinical Services/Corporate Compliance Officer’s agenda to facility level.

Supervisor Responsibilities

Supervise all clinical staff.

Education, Licensure & Experience

· 3 or more years of experience in the field preferred.

· Master’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, or family therapy

· Mental Health program will require a LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT required. Full professional licensure preferred. Associate Level License required.

· Chemical Dependency programs may also accept: High school Diploma/GED, Associates Degree, and Bachelor’s Degree with a full certification of a CADC or an LCAS / LCAS-A required.

· Preferred experience in within the mental health/ trauma, eating disorder, and substance use domains.
