Position Summary
This role supports FCX Manufacturing and our initiative to provide innovative fire and hearth products in a cutting edge industry. Our ideal candidate will help to oversee the production process for FCX products and ensure all operating procedures are followed and daily production and quality targets are achieved. We are looking someone who is willing to learn and grow to become a subject matter expert in GFRC manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Production and Support of Inventory
- Support pre-production preparation and planning; material ordering and inventory; installation of tooling and equipment
- Supervise daily production activities, testing and refinement of manufacturing process, and ensure a safe, efficient work environment.
- Process Integration: Learn and implement new GFRC concrete processes to improve production efficiency and product quality.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality control standards, perform inspections, and resolve production issues swiftly.
- This is an onsite role and may require off shift and weekends as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 to 2 years experience in manufacturing; concrete or GFRC experience is a plus. Previous supervisor experience is a plus.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Learning Mindset: Eagerness to quickly learn and adapt to new GFRC processes.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a production team.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for troubleshooting production issues and ability to multi-task effectively.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Computer Skills. Good computer literacy skills and ability to write clear and concise reports and documentation.
- Technical Know-How: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes; familiarity with concrete production preferred.
- Team Mentality. Strong interpersonal skills in order to motivate and maintain a team culture.
