  • Research and develop new and innovative ways to deliver content and functionality to end-users.
  • Create intuitive user interfaces that are accessible to users that have limited technical proficiency.
  • Create interactive wireframe prototypes and have advanced technical understanding of tools such as Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop.
  • Collaborate with end-users to understand their intent and needs for the application.
  • Analyze user feedback and actively look to iterate/improve user experience.
  • Build prototypes to assist in user research, using low- to high-fidelity techniques, and/or build design tools to empower a design team.
  • Communicate and present design concepts, insights, and product demos to clients.
  • Occasionally help identify and troubleshoot issues or bugs.
  • Work closely with the development team to deliver assets needed for implementation.
  • Complete tasks within budgeted time and work with management to escalate any project and/or task issues.
  • Be resourceful with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to project issues, changes, or updates.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Capabilities That Will Enable Your Success

  • Knowledge of 3D tools and workflows such as Blender, C4D, and Maya is a plus.
  • Knowledge of game design and game engine workflows (Unity) is a plus.

Clearance Requirement

  • All applicants must be a US citizen and be able to obtain a “Secret” clearance level due to the nature of the projects.
