Minimum Skill Requirements:

  2. Operations Management Experience: Prior experience in operations management or a similar leadership role is crucial. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of successfully managing teams, projects, and operations in the HVAC or related field. Experience in project management, resource allocation, and budgeting is highly valued.
  3. Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills are necessary for an Operations Manager. Experience in leading and managing teams, including setting performance goals, providing feedback, and fostering a positive work culture, is important.
  4. Project Management: Experience in managing HVAC projects, including planning, coordination, and execution, is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints, is beneficial.
