Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:

Responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within the organization, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.


Project Planning and Execution -

Manage the planning, execution, and closing of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all project objectives are met within the specified timeframes and budget constraints. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, client photos, client approvals, preparation for shipment, schedules, budgets, and status reports. Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards. Complete packdowns, scan barcodes, and build barcodes when needed.


Stakeholder Collaboration -

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations. Communicate regularly with Engineering, Manufacturing, Graphics/Tailoring, Account Services, and Sales teams to provide project updates, solicit feedback, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.


Project Execution and Resource Management -

Manage the execution and closing of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all project objectives are met within the specified timeframes and budget constraints. Manage project resources effectively and request necessary purchase orders as well as ordering 3rd-party vendor items, including 3rd-party labor, budget, and equipment to ensure that project deliverables are met on time and within budget.


Problem Solving and Quality Control -

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes. Proactively address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle. Ensure quality results.


Supervision and Leading Team On- and Off-Site -

Lead a crew of 2 or more to ensure efficient execution of build or submit supervision request. Problem solve and communicate effectively with clients, external labor teams, and contractors.


Collaborating on Payment Requests and Collections -

Collaborate with AMs on collecting payments before due, changes to invoices or sales orders to ensure all payments are correct in the system, including completing add-ons to avoid unnecessary charges. Process any necessary credit/re-bills. Perform reconciliations.




Requirements:

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Required

Proficiency in various project management methodologies

Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management techniques to effectively manage project budgets and resources.

Understanding of risk management principles and techniques to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.

Knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Understanding of stakeholder management techniques to effectively engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Familiarity with project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, etc., to facilitate project planning, tracking, and reporting.

Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.

Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively.

Ability to think critically and analytically, evaluating information and making sound judgments.

Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in project deliverables and documentation.

Knowledge of talent acquisition, onboarding, and training processes.

Ability to assess staffing needs and identify skill gaps.
