Job Responsibilities:

  • Landscaping: Take pride in keeping the apartment complex's outdoor areas well-groomed and visually appealing. This includes mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, and planting flowers.
  • Sidewalk Maintenance: Ensure that sidewalks and pathways are clear and safe for residents, removing any debris or hazards.
  • General Maintenance: Perform light maintenance tasks such as cleaning common areas, emptying trash receptacles, and reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
