Who you are:

As part of the Marketing Team, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day processes of reaching and attracting new customers. You will gain valuable experience in digital marketing and advertising and contribute to the company’s ongoing success.

New members of the media team begin their development process by getting to know the numbers and metrics that drive success. That process involves producing daily marketing reports, which the media team utilizes to make informed advertising decisions. Critical thinking matters most. In addition to being a great analytical mind who can execute, you know how to think economically and find trends in data. Your day will primarily consist of managing paid search campaigns (keyword planning, ad development, and more) within a demand-side platform. You will participate in strategy, planning, buying, and executing digital media campaigns, including traffic sources such as Google, Bing, and more. You will participate in the entire campaign cycle from start to finish, determining budgets, strategy, optimization, and even helping to create and modify the creatives used.

Team members with attention to detail, an aptitude for working with advertising data, and who succeed in online learning are positioned to take on the day-to-day management and optimization of an advertising program.

In this role, You will:

●      Produce daily marketing campaign performance reports

●      Produce as-needed analysis of marketing programs

●      Collaborate with internal marketing team on projects and assignments outside of Paid Media

●      Actively learn and study to become certified in programmatic media-buying platforms

○      Google Ads

○      Bing Ads

○      Creative Software -- Canva

●      Develop, launch, and optimize display campaigns

●      Manage PPC and display campaigns

●      A/B test ad creatives

●      Source new networks and traffic sources

●      Interface with creative and production teams to create, test, and deploy effective banner creative and copy

●      Report and communicate results to internal stakeholders on a weekly, monthly, and as needed basis

About You:   

●      Highly detail-oriented

●      Equally comfortable following directions and being self-guided

●      Confident using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

●      Works quickly and efficiently without impacting attention-to-detail

●      Team player with a passion for learning and improving skills

●      Educational or work-related experience a plus

●      Experience in Google Ads a plus

Compensation & Location:

Scalable Commerce maintains a hybrid work environment with an office in Goleta, this role is open to remote work within California only.

The target compensation range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000, based upon background and experience.
