Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the wealth management division, setting strategic goals and objectives to drive growth and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families, including investment management, estate planning, and tax optimization.
  • Oversee the management of complex client portfolios, ensuring alignment with clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and long-term objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all wealth management needs.
  • Mentor and manage a team of wealth managers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high standards of service and professional development.
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders and departments to integrate wealth management services with the firm's overall business strategy.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, strategic recommendations, and performance summaries to clients, senior management, and stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards in all client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., Master's in Finance, MBA) preferred.
  • Extensive experience in wealth management, with a proven track record of managing high-net-worth client relationships and leading a team.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment management, estate planning, and tax strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans, manage complex portfolios, and drive business growth.
