Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Assistant Manager to join a great work environment. As a Retail Sales Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in center.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Must have flexibility to meet shift requirements, be able to work flexible days/hours, including weekends
  • Sales experience with a consistent track record of achieving sales goals
  • Ability to problem solve and work through issues
  • Ability to manage productivity and sales while building relationships & maintaining superior customer service
  • Working closely with the Management Team to ensure goals are being met, and associates are maximizing opportunities
  • Understand KPIs and the importance of sales conversion
  • Ability to receive constructive feedback
  • An ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Training all new Front Desk Sales Associates using our European Wax Center Models

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Selling. All the time. If you want a "receptionist" or "office" position this role is not for you
  • Learning how to lead a consistently high-performing team
  • Delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun, professional environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

Experience:

  • sales leadership: 1 year (Required)

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on current market trends and product knowledge

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- or multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
