Job Description: As the Director of Membership Sales at Glide Xpress Car Wash, you will play a pivotal role in driving membership sales growth and ensuring the success of our membership program. In addition to leading sales efforts, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to equip our team with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service and promote membership benefits effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Membership Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to attract new members, retain existing members, and maximize revenue opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to establish sales targets, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Membership Training Programs: Design, implement, and facilitate training programs for frontline staff, including sales associates, customer service representatives, and car wash technicians. Ensure that team members are knowledgeable about membership benefits, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
  3. Sales Coaching and Mentoring: Provide ongoing coaching, support, and guidance to sales team members to enhance their sales skills, overcome challenges, and achieve sales targets. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  4. Training Material Development: Create and maintain training materials, presentations, and resources to support sales and membership training initiatives. Keep training materials up-to-date with the latest product offerings, promotions, and sales techniques.
  5. Customer Experience Enhancement: Work closely with the operations team to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive membership sales. Gather feedback from customers and frontline staff to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to address them.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and human resources, to ensure alignment between sales and training initiatives. Partner with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials to support membership sales efforts.
  7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to membership sales and training effectiveness. Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate sales performance, training outcomes, and actionable insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in membership sales or related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices, particularly in a membership-based business model.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs, workshops, or presentations.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
