Barco We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Key Accounts to drive revenue growth across both B2B and B2C channels in the North American cinema market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in cinema sales management, account management, and business development, with a deep understanding of both B2B and B2C sales strategies Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration in both B2B and B2C segments. Collaborate with a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to promote team success. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic collaborations, to expand our customer base and market presence. Leverage existing relationships and build + maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clients, understanding their needs and challenges to deliver tailored solutions and maximize customer satisfaction. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, adjusting strategies as needed to meet changing market dynamics. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Monitor and evaluate sales performance against KPIs and targets, providing regular reporting and insights to senior management. Stay abreast of industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Attend industry tradeshows and customer events Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales management, with a demonstrated track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing key accounts. Proven experience in both B2B and B2C sales, with a deep understanding of the unique dynamics and challenges of each channel. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that align with overall business objectives. Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
