As a Sales Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in our team, serving as the primary point of contact for prospective home buyers and guiding them through the home buying process. Responsibilities:
Sales and Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential home buyers, real estate agents, and brokers.
- Actively engage with prospective customers, providing information about our custom home building services and explaining the benefits of choosing our company.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand buyers' preferences, budgets, and desired features for their custom homes.
- Showcase the quality and craftsmanship of our homes through virtual tours, model homes, and well-prepared marketing materials.
- Communicate effectively with potential buyers, addressing questions, concerns, and providing timely follow-ups to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure a seamless and efficient home building process for customers.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing and post-closing activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective buyers, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present sales contracts, purchase agreements, and any necessary documentation to facilitate the home buying process.
- Collaborate with the home design team to create customized home plans and options based on buyers' preferences and budgets.
- Coordinate and conduct property tours, ensuring a thorough understanding of the features, benefits, and unique selling points of each property.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive offerings, and industry best practices related to custom home building.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, target demographics, and emerging market opportunities.
- Analyze competitor strengths and weaknesses, pricing strategies, and marketing tactics to develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or home building industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clientele.
