Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HRIS Analyst to oversee the operation of our UKG System. The Sr. HRIS Analyst will work closely with the HR department and IT team to ensure that the HRIS database is accurate, updated, and secure. The ideal candidate will have a deep functional understanding of the UKG Product line as well as a strong understanding of HR processes and data, as well as proficiency in HR technologies and database management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR information system (UKG).
- Ensure the security and integrity of HR data through regular audits and maintenance.
- Supply various HR reports as needed by the organization.
- Training all staff on the proper use and benefits of the UKG System.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Business Leaders to identify system improvements and enhancements.
- Lead UKG System upgrade projects and system integrations.
- Develop and maintain detailed user manuals and system guidelines.
- Ensure the HRIS complies with all relevant laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with the UKG product line
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 5 years of HR processes and data analytics
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
- Strong communication and training skills
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT or relevant field;
- Salary range: 85K- 100K depending on level of expertise.
