Role Title: Graphic Designer - (Remote)
Job Summary: This Graphic Designer role involves designing and executing direct email campaigns, bi-annual magazine, advertisements, email marketing projects, social media content, and other print and digital assets to promote Cruise Planners franchise sales and travel sales.
Responsibilities:
- Create, develop, design, and produce collateral and digital materials including but not limited to direct mail pieces, flyers, brochures, magazines, emails, and website assets.
- Conceptualize, edit, and produce art files for print and digital advertising campaigns, trade show graphics and booth designs, banners, logo designs, executive presentations, Cruise Planners merchandise and more.
- Create digital assets for annual convention and training events, including PowerPoint templates, logo design, banner ads.
- Edit photos for press releases, campaigns, presentations, publications.
- Assist marketing team with website and digital assets, including social media, marketing emails, social media graphics – providing visual updates and recommendations based on strategic goals.
- Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, select style and typography, and arrange layout based upon available space and aesthetic design concepts within brand guidelines.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; participating in professional organizations.
- Provides sample of finished layout for Creative Director for approval.

Competencies:
- Effective communicator, with strong verbal, written, interpersonal and professional skills
- Proven expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Working knowledge of Dreamweaver and HTML.
- Strong foundation in media editing software (photo and video)
- Proven experience in turning digital assets into workable product for technical resources for a variety of platforms (e.g. various web browsers) and form factors (e.g. mobile, tablet, desktop)
- Photography & videography skills preferred
- Have a natural curiosity and a get-it-done attitude and hustle for a fast-paced in-house marketing agency vibe
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
- Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices and content management platforms
- Ability to meet strict deadlines, multi-task and be innovative and proactive in a collaborate environment; flexibility to workflow and hours
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts or related field
- 3+ years relevant experience
