Showroom Sales Specialist - No Experience Necessary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Showroom Consultant to join our team at American Grill & Hearth in Sarasota, FL.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to break into the sales/showroom industry with no prior experience necessary.


As a Consultant, you will be the face of our store and will be responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for all of our customers. You will have the opportunity to learn about our high-quality products and help customers find the perfect product for their needs. You will have the chance to work with a supportive and collaborative team and develop your professional skills as you strive to exceed customer expectations. Hourly & commission pay

Compensation:

$17 - $20 hourly + commission + bonuses

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet customers as they enter the showroom
  • Provide knowledgeable and helpful advice on products based on customer inquiries
  • Create customer profiles and update them accordingly for future product recommendations
  • Receive payments and process transactions accurately
  • Do client consultations for outdoor kitchens and fireplace projects
Qualifications:
  • Polite and personable demeanor
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Proven record of building customer relationships
  • U.S. work authorization and valid Driver’s License
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferred, but not required)
  • Previous sales experience (preferred, but not required)
