Columbia, United States Huntress Full time
Job DescriptionJob Description

Reports to: Senior Director of People Operations

Location: Remote US

Compensation Range: $95,000,000 to $110,000 base plus bonus and equity

What We Do:

Founded in 2015 as a fully remote company by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress was built on a simple premise: to force hackers to earn every inch of their access.

Today's cyber-attacks aren't limited to large organizations with the security tools that can ward off threats. Hackers don't discriminate and will find a way to penetrate any vulnerability in any size business, which is why Huntress focuses on protecting those small to midsize businesses that make up the backbone of our economy.

Huntress stops hidden threats that sneak past preventive security tools by utilizing our award-winning security platform and expert human threat hunters through dynamic products including Managed EDR, MDR for Microsoft 365, and Managed Security Awareness Training.

Join the hunt and help us stop hackers in their tracks

What You'll Do:

We're looking for a technical and data-driven HRIS analyst to join our growing people operations team This role will lead the build-out of our HRIS to support our rapidly growing international company.

You'll be expected to work independently, set your own timelines, and work cross-functionally across the organization with key stakeholders.

  • Craft and deliver insightful reports, dashboards, and workflows that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization
  • Design and oversee benefit enrollment processes, including open enrollment, new hires, and life event changes while maintaining compliance and accuracy
  • Ensure data (compensation, title, department, manager) within HRIS is updated timely and accurately, staying aligned with our dynamic organization
  • Implement robust controls and checks to maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with internal and external standards
  • Stay curious and explore opportunities to leverage additional HR systems and tools to enhance our people operations

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS administration, as well as your in-depth understanding of HR systems and processes
  • Ability to analyze and enhance HR processes, leveraging technology for efficiency

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
  • 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
