  • Data Analysis: Analyze research findings to identify user needs, pain points, and behavior patterns. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Usability Testing: Support the design and execution of usability tests. Observe user interactions, document findings, and help identify areas for improvement.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and identify opportunities for enhancing user experience.
  • Collaboration: Work with UX designers and product teams to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations and improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a UX research or analysis role, preferably in a professional setting.
  • Familiarity with UX research methods and usability testing techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic knowledge of UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for understanding user behavior and a desire to improve user experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
