The Supply Chain Representative will serve as the primary liaison between customers and the company, embodying a professional image and delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, customer-centric environment. Their core responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues while adhering to company policies and utilizing available technology. They will focus on enhancing the customer experience within their designated accounts and seasonal segments, providing exemplary order management and fostering strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal supply chain departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate clear and timely communication with all stakeholders.

  • Process orders efficiently and suggest procedural enhancements.

  • Provide accurate and timely updates on order status and product information.

  • Manage customer orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complaints and issues.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, processes, and supplier information.

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.

  • Act as a liaison with customers, leveraging supply chain expertise to optimize service and cost.

  • Present recommendations for logistical and process improvements, balancing service levels and costs.

  • Analyze customer and logistics data to drive improvements in key performance indicators and service agreements.

  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.

  • Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Participate in data analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiative.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3-5 years).

  • Prior experience in a customer-focused role, preferably in a B2B or B2C setting.

  • Proficiency in computer applications such as SAP, AS400, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities, with a track record of building positive relationships.

  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

  • Intermediate analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and diligence.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.

  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
