Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Filler to join our team. As an Order Filler, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment, ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and in perfect condition. This role is essential to our warehouse operations and contributes directly to our customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications, ensuring all items are correct and free from damage.
  • Packaging: Pack orders securely and efficiently, preparing them for shipment while following company guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to the warehouse supervisor.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damages before packing and shipping.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and timely order processing.
  • Record Keeping: Utilize warehouse management systems to track orders and inventory, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory tracking.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
